U.S. stock futures signaled a subdued to slightly lower start for Wall Street trade on Wednesday as investors brace for minutes from the Federal Reserve’s most recent policy gathering and as the market with the latest on American trade relations.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were off 11 points, or less than 0.1%, at 25,865, while S&P 500 fell 2.35 points, or less than 0.1%, to 2,863.75. Nasdaq-100 futures slipped 15 points to 7,449, down 0.2%.
On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 197.43 points, or 0.8%, to 25,877.33, while the S&P 500 index gained 0.9% to 2,864.36. The Nasdaq Composite Index added 1.1%, to 7,785.72.
