U.S. stocks were poised Thursday to continue a late-session rally from the prior day, as investors dialed back on fears that a trade spat between the U.S. and China will spiral out of control.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 102 points, or 0.4%, to 24,366, while S&P 500 futures were up 13 points, or 0.5%, to 2,659.25. Nasdaq-100 added 53.75 points, or 0.8%, to 6,636.75.
On Wednesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pulled back from a 510-point loss, at its session low, to finish up 231 points, or 1%, to 24,264. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite gained 1.2% and 1.5%, respectively.
