Oil prices are lower in Asia trade as the coronavirus outbreak may reduce energy demand, particularly from China.

OPEC may come under increasing pressure to offset the expected decline in Chinese demand by making further cuts to supply, Commerzbank says. Front-month WTI inches 0.1% lower to $50.07 a barrel. Brent futures are down 0.4% at $54.26 a barrel.
